As a trucker, I do not believe this is right to force people to buy spot or get towed because you are a sand hauler in a sleeper truck. I will be moving my business to loves from now on for repairs

They will lie to you! Do not trust them! I was told they did not have my alternator i needed. They didn't want to fix it because it was done at a different ta. They had it the hole time . 3am till 6pm Lost my load time sensitive load. Cost me 5k insurance deductible because of them. I would have put it on myself in 10 minutes.

Behavior: They are expert insectivores that trap dragonflies and grasshoppers in mid-flight with acrobatic maneuvers.

These truck stop shops can be bad and good. This one in particular had me waiting over 10 hours to have my automatic transmission fluid checked. I understand not everyone can do it but they had me waiting only to tell me the next day there was no one coming in that could check the fluid

The shop is over the top in incompetence. I showed up for oil change at 11am. They had an oil change before they knocked that out. Then the lazy techs did pretty much nothing until shift change. 2nd shift 1 tech called in sick the other tech was late then had to run home for some reason? I left.. some one else more capable of running a business can have my business. BP really doesn't care about anything other than profit. The T/A Petro brand is a complete joke. If BP did care I would love to talk to their management. With truckers you are truly a travel center gas and snacks for people driving cars. I literally dont know how I could of had a worse experience today with a nationwide chain. If this is general practice here jobs should be lost because your employees definitely run off customers
